Brown Sugar & Bologna Ice Cream

1 Original 8 oz. Bologna Chub
2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
Favorite Brand of Vanilla Ice Cream

Cut the end off of the Seltzer’s Original Bologna Chub and remove casing.
Cut the chub into thin rings, then cut into half moons…make as much or as little as you want.
Sprinkle light brown sugar onto a plate in an even layer.
Cover each piece of bologna with a thin coating of light brown sugar on both sides.
Cook bologna in a skillet on high heat (to get the sugar to caramelize).
Using a spatula, press down on slices…hear that delicious sizzle
Cook on each side for approx. 30 seconds, continuing to flip, until desired doneness.
Remove bologna from pan and chop into small pieces.
Lay on a paper towel to cool.
Add to your favorite vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
