Peas and Bologna

1 cup Seltzer’s Smokehouse Meats Bologna¬†Chub, cubed
12 oz. bowtie pasta
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup green onions, diced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsps. olive oil and butter
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook pasta and add in frozen peas halfway through.
Heat butter and oil on pan and sauté green onions, seasonings and lastly add the bologna.
Stir all together.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
