1/2 cup small cubed Seltzer’s Chub – Original
3 mini bagels
6 Tbsp. pizza sauce of your choice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Dried Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 450°. Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.
Spread the bologna on a paper towel lined plate and microwave on high for 20 seconds. Dab off all of the excess grease with the paper towel.
Slice all the bagels in half and place them on the lined baking sheet.
For each bagel bite, spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on top, sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over the sauce, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of mozzarella, add cubed bologna.
Place in the oven to bake until the cheese is melted and the bologna begins to crisp up, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle the tops with the remaining Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
